Terms of Service
Orders will usually be despatched within 3-5 working days unless shown as out of stock. This will be following a final QC inspection of your order. Note: this may be extended during holiday periods. If you require a model for a specific date, please contact us in advance to ensure delivery is possible.
All packages will require a signature on delivery, so you must give us an address where someone will be in (work, neighbour, friend etc). All deliveries will be made Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
If purchasing from outside the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country (deliveries to EU destinations will usually be shipped from our warehouse in the EU and we will contact you if this is not possible for any reason). Additional charges for customs clearance (including Certificate of Origin or other special documentation requested) must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Amalgam Collection you are considered the importer and must comply with all law and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Shipping around the world will be via USPS Priority AirMail with delivery confirmation only . No exception. Shipping for this item with in Continental US will be $22.00
Shipping for this item to Canada will be $40.00
Shipping for this item to the rest of the world will be $70.00
All international bidders please be advised that we are in no shape or form responsible for Taxes that your country will charge for this item once it enters that country.
All fees and charges assessed will be the buyers responsibility.
All California residence will pay the 10% California sales tax.
If your goods are damaged on receipt, this needs to be reported within 3 days to enable us to refund/exchange, please call +1 818 297 4206
We will not be held responsible until the returned item reaches us. So all items need to be returned by a recorded service at your own cost.
If a replacement item is out of stock then we will advise you by email.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
Where items are bought as gifts we can only refund the original payer.
